SHIPPING METHODS

Italy | Home delivery
Orders delivered within Italy can be shipped to your address via BRT Bartolini.

Italy | Pickup point delivery
Orders delivered within Italy can also be shipped to a Poste Italiane pickup point, where available. Customers can select this option at checkout and choose the preferred pickup point according to the options shown.

Europe
Orders delivered within Europe are shipped via UPS Standard Shipping.

Outside the European Union
Orders delivered outside the European Union are shipped via UPS Standard Shipping. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply. More information is available in the Taxes & Duties section below.


SHIPPING COSTS AND FREE SHIPPING
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over €300 delivered within Europe.


ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed within up to 5 working days.

Estimated delivery times are approximately:

Italy: up to 4 working days
Europe: up to 7 working days
Outside the European Union: up to 7 working days, excluding any customs clearance delays

Please note that delivery times may increase slightly during sales periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures for extra-EU shipments. Any temporary closures or service interruptions will be communicated via our website and social channels.


TRACKING AND DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier’s tracking link, allowing you to monitor the shipment status and expected delivery date.

After the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery management is handled directly by the selected carrier. In the event of a missed delivery attempt or delivery issue, customers are required to check the tracking link provided and contact the courier directly to arrange delivery, collection, or to verify the shipment status.

For pickup point deliveries, customers are responsible for collecting the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier. If the parcel is not collected within the required period, it may be returned to Emil. Any additional shipping costs related to a new delivery may be charged to the customer.

Emil is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the order has been entrusted to the courier, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


IN-STORE PICKUP
Free in-store pickup is available at our Milan store. Select this option at checkout and you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.


PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items can be purchased prior to their official availability. The estimated shipping date is stated on the product page.


TAXES & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.


A LIGHT JOURNEY

All Emil orders are packaged using fabric and recycled materials and are completely plastic-free.
