Our Milan store will be closed from Monday 4 August to Saturday 23 August. Online orders will be shipped until Thursday 7 August. All orders placed after this date will be shipped on Monday 25 August. Free in-store pick-up is suspended until reopening.
Returns are suspended until Monday 25 August. We invite you to submit your return request following the standard procedure within 14 days of receiving your order. All return requests will be reviewed starting on August 25th.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Emil ships worldwide, UK excluded. All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Shipping.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €300 delivered to Europe.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's tracking link so you can monitor the route and expected arrival. Please allow 3 working days to process your order, 4 days for shipping, and 7 days for extra European shipping.
Please keep in mind that during sales and holidays, shipping times may increase slightly. We will communicate any future closures via our website and social media.
Our Milan store always offers free pick-up. Select this option during checkout, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
Pre-order allows you to purchase an item that will be available at a later date. The expected shipping date is specified in the product description.
A LIGHT JOURNEY
Our shipments are packaged with fabric and recycled cardboard and are completely plastic-free.
Since 2024, we've chosen to ship our packages via UPS carbon-neutral.
By selecting this option, the emissions of each shipment are verified by trustworthy third-party companies, who then calculate the compensation in terms of reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane destruction.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are included in products shipped to all countries within the European Union. For Extra EU orders taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country, are credited to the customer, and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
