SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Emil ships worldwide, excluding the UK. All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Shipping.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over €300 delivered within Europe.
Orders are processed within up to 3 working days. Estimated delivery times are approximately 4 working days within Italy and up to 7 working days for extra-European destinations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier’s tracking link, allowing you to monitor the shipment status and expected delivery date.
After the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery management is handled directly by UPS. In the event of a missed delivery attempt, UPS will contact the recipient to arrange a new delivery or collection at a nearby Access Point.
If no communication is received, customers are required to check the tracking link provided and contact UPS directly to arrange delivery or verify the shipment status. Emil is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the order has been entrusted to the courier.
Please note that delivery times may increase slightly during sales periods or public holidays. Any temporary closures or service interruptions will be communicated via our website and social channels.
Free in-store pickup is available at our Milan store. Select this option at checkout and you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Pre-order items can be purchased prior to their official availability. The estimated shipping date is stated on the product page.
A LIGHT JOURNEY
All Emil orders are packaged using fabric and recycled materials and are completely plastic-free.
Since 2024, Emil ships via UPS Carbon Neutral. This program ensures that shipment emissions are measured by independent third-party organizations and offset through certified environmental projects, including reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane reduction initiatives.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are included in the product price for all orders shipped within the European Union.
For orders shipped outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
