What are the shipping times and methods?
Emil ships worldwide, excluding the UK, via UPS Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over €300 delivered within Europe.
Orders are generally processed in up to 3 working days. Estimated delivery times are approximately 4 working days within Italy and up to 7 working days for extra-European destinations.

How can I track my order?
All orders are traceable. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking link so you can monitor the shipment status and expected delivery date. You can also check your order status via the Account tab using your email address.
Once your order has been handed over to UPS, delivery management is handled by the courier. In case of a missed delivery attempt, UPS will contact you to reschedule delivery or arrange collection at a nearby Access Point. If you do not receive communication, please check the tracking link and contact UPS directly. Emil is not responsible for delivery issues once the order has been entrusted to the courier.
I received a damaged parcel, what can I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged garment, you must notify us within 24 hours. You can either email to info@emil.shop or send a WhatsApp message to +39 3348789976. We will also ask for a picture of the item in order to better understand the situation and find a solution accordingly.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return an item in accordance with your rights under European consumer protection regulations.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a return request via your Account tab within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns page for detailed instructions.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Can I cancel or modify an order already made?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order already made. Please write to info@emil.shop; if the shipment has not already departed, we will do our best to assist you.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Registration is not required. You can access your order information and initiate a return using your email address and a verification code. Follow the guided login by clicking the Account tab in the main menu.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay with Paypal or with a debit or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express).
Can I buy in my country's currency?
You can select your country and preferred currency in the site menu to view prices in local currency. Final checkout prices are shown in euros (€).
Are taxes and customs fees included in the final price?
For deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included.
For deliveries outside the EU, applicable taxes and customs fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
Is your size out of stock?
In the size list, click on “Out of stock” and enter your email address. We will notify you once the product becomes available.
How do I care for my garments?
Check the composition of your garment and the washing advice on the inside labels. For more advice, see our Product Care page or read the guide that will be delivered with your order. If you have any doubts or if your product needs to be repaired, please write to info@emil.shop, and we will give you our tips on how to proceed.
Do you have any physical stores?
Yes, you can find us at Via Alfredo Albertini 6, 20154 Milano. We're open from Monday to Saturday, with the following opening hours:
Monday, 2 PM–7 PM
Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM–1 PM | 2 PM–7 PM

Can I exchange an item?
If you want a different size, you must return the original item and place a new order.
Can I return or exchange a piece ordered online at the store?
Exchanges between online orders and in-store inventory are not available. Emil's store in Milan is available for order pick-ups and delivery.
