RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we handle each inquiry individually to the best of our abilities. While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to return it. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, or charges, as well as the return and shipping fees.

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a return request within this 14-day period using the procedure described below.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any additional charges are non-refundable.



HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

– Log in (Account tab) using the email address associated with the order. Prior account registration is not required.
– Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address.
– Select the item(s) you wish to return, indicate the reason for return, and submit your request.
– Wait for a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your return request.


RETURN SHIPPING DEADLINE

After communicating the return request, the customer must ship the items back within 14 days from the date the return request was submitted.

The return deadline is considered respected if the items are handed over to the courier before the expiration of the 14-day period, regardless of the date on which the return is received by Emil.

Items shipped after this deadline, or returned without prior communication of withdrawal, will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service. Emil shall not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return shipments.


EXCHANGES & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return the item and place a new order.

Exchanges between online orders and in-store inventory are not available.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
