Product care guide
How to care for your wool piece
Washing
Cold hand-wash is always recommended: immerse your garment inside out in cold water using a delicate wash. Leave it for 5 minutes and then swish it gently. You can also wash your wool piece by machine using a gentle wash at 30°C.
After washing
The only thing you should remember is to always dry it flat.
Shipping policy
Emil ships all over the world, UK and Switzerland excluded, but not for long, hopefully. Times and methods may vary depending on the destination. Please allow 3 working days for the order to be processed, and indicatively 4 days for shipping, 6 days for extra European shipping.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you the chance to return them within 14 days.
